Proverb #189

Agbawoo Dike izu, agbagharịa ya.

"Any plans made without the hero, would eventually have to be remade"
When planning there are certain people whose input and perspective are required for the plan to be meaningful or implementable. In life you need to recognize your constituency and know those whose voices need to be heard.
The lessons:
 a) when all the stakeholders make input you can go ahead with confidence in your plan.
 b) Recognize those individuals with sufficient clout and influence to abort your endeavor and always get them on board. Else, any plans made without the hero would have to be remade!
